Check if Microsoft VM is installed and enabled
(only for Windows and Internet Explorer)
1st step
- On the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer, click "Internet
Options".
- Click the "Security" tab.
- Highlight the "(Local) Internet" icon and click on "Custom level ...".
- Scroll down to the "Microsoft VM"-sexion (if there is no "Microsoft VM"-sexion then download
Microsoft VM and follow the appropriate instruxions, your computer needs to be
restarted).
- If "Java permissions" is not set to "Disable Java": OK, go
to the 2nd step.
- If "Java permissions" is set to "Disable Java": click on the
"High safety"-button, then click "OK", go to the 2nd step.
2nd step
- On the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer, click "Internet
Options".
- Click the "Advanced" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Microsoft VM"-sexion (if there is no "Microsoft VM"-sexion then download
Microsoft VM and follow the appropriate instruxions, your computer needs to be
restarted).
- If "JIT compiler for virtual machine" is enabled: OK.
- If "JIT compiler for virtual machine" is not enabled: check the box
beside it, then click "OK", your computer needs to be restarted.
